Check AvalabilityGuests will be charged a one night, non-refundable deposit per site at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your total upon check-in. No shows without cancellation will be charged the full amount of your reserved nights.
Any cancellation received less than 7 days in advance of reserved date will be charged the total amount for reserved nights. Tax rates not included on site rates per night.
If someone is making reservations for another person or group, the party making the reservation is responsible for all sites and extra guest charges. The person who makes the reservation will be charged the full amount for that reserved stay period.
Full payment for entire stay is required immediately upon confirmation by credit card.
Full refunds less a $50.00 service fee will be offered if a cancellation confirmation is received no later than June 15th. If cancellation is received after June 15th 2023 no refund will be made.
Cellphone coverage is marginal; AT&T seems to work the best.
No vehicle washing or servicing permitted.
