These Terms & Conditions describe use of the Custer Crossing Family Campground website and our guest-service SMS program. Custer Crossing Family Campground is located at 22036 Hwy 385, Deadwood, SD 57732.

Website and reservations

Our website provides information about the campground and its services. Current availability, rates, payment requirements, cancellation rules, and other reservation-specific terms are displayed during booking or supplied with your reservation. Reservations are handled through Staylist at https://booking.staylist.app/custercrossingrvpark. Receiving a link or exchanging a text does not itself confirm a reservation. Review the applicable booking terms before completing a reservation.

SMS Terms

Program name and description

The Custer Crossing Family Campground Guest Services SMS Program provides requested booking links, answers to guest inquiries, and service-related communications about reservations or stays when you agree to receive them. Consent to a requested link or service text is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.

Consent and frequency

Participation is voluntary. You opt in by expressly agreeing to receive texts when communicating with our staff or telephone assistant, or through another clearly disclosed opt-in method offered by us. Merely visiting our website or providing a telephone number does not by itself enroll you in this SMS program. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing, booking, or using our services.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, reservation activity, and guest-service needs. A request for a single booking link ordinarily results in that requested text; additional service messages require consent appropriate to their purpose.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier about its rates and coverage.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the SMS program. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can still reach us by phone or email. If you wish to receive texts again, contact us to provide renewed consent.

Delivery and availability

Delivery depends on your carrier and other network conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is not an emergency service. For an emergency, call 911.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Appropriate use

Use our website and messaging services lawfully. Do not send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content or attempt to interfere with these services. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to protect service integrity, safety, or legal compliance.

Updates

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with its effective date. Material changes to a messaging purpose or consent requirement will be handled with any additional notice or consent required by law. Nothing here replaces rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
